L+S+H are commissioned by The Boka Group to create a new five-star luxury resort within a 150 acre site set within the Belvedere Plantation, a historic 300 year old plantation estate in St Lucia.

Scheme Detail

Outline planning permission has been granted for a low-density, low impact development of approximately 45,350 sq.m. The site will be maintained as a bio-diverse environment, from beach front, plantation lands and rain forest. The resort will be operated as a hotel, spa, wellness centre, and high-end private residential estate, including a new ‘great house’ to act as a focal point of the development. A central hotel facility and up to 125 new-build residential units are to be built in a traditional plantation style.
