A 200,000 sq ft new-build manufacturing facility with ancillary office and parking for over 250 cars. In its day, a pioneering industrial and commercial facility- the building was designed to use the client’s curtain walling products, to house a new manufacturing production line and HQ office space. This project formed part of a string of high-tech buildings by L+S+H over a number of years, and which continues today.
