Scheme Overview
The development set on the site of the former Lucas Aerospace factory was designed to provide Hemel Hempstead with a further catalyst for the Maylands Gateway regeneration area.
L+S+H are working for Aviva Investments with development manager Trilogy Developments. The initial phase of the consented scheme, comprising and Aldi food store is under construction in 2019, and the initial A3 units are completed.
