An adaptive reuse of historic and industrial waterside buildings together with contemporary new architecture and public realm, it will create a major mixed-use development within the city-centre of Norwich: the emerging residential-led development includes private and student housing, hotel and leisure, with associated commercial spaces.

Comprising up to circa 300,000 sq. ft of accommodation, the regeneration of this part of the city will help to ameliorate some of the less sensitive development at this key gateway to the city-centre, whilst creating a vibrant riverside quarter for living, work and relaxing.
